Area30, 2019, is one of the most important events in the autumn calendar for professionals and experts in the kitchen industry. Iris Ceramica Group brands SapienStone and FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti are joining forces on a stand with a minimalist touch that lets the beautiful surfaces take center stage.
The focal point of Stand D20, located to the left of the main entrance, is an exquisite porcelain tile kitchen island which is certain to attract the attention of every visitor. The surfaces of the Group’s two brands come together to create an island featuring a SapienStone Urban Argento 20mm worktop, clad in Black Marquinia Silky finish, from FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti Marmi Maxfine line. The island kitchen is complemented by a SapienStone peninsula with Rovere Buckskin wood-effect breakfast bar on a Light Earth porcelain tile.
FMG large format, 300 x 150mm concrete-effect tiles from the Walk On Silver collection were chosen for the Stand’s flooring, and give an exceptionally clean, fresh aesthetic.
The console, also by FMG, is in Onice Verde from the Onici Maxfine collection and Thassos Lucidato from the Marmi Maxfine collection. Placed against a wall tiled in the new texture Emperador, which flawlessly reproduces the look of absolutely on-trend, renowned Spanish marble, the console is designed to be used for quick business meetings.
The two brand’s entire range of surfaces will be presented by means of rotating samples which act as a backdrop to the island kitchen. This sequence of tiles creates a type of moodboard that offers tangible proof of the ability of Iris Ceramica Group holding company’s two brands to faithfully reproduce nature’s most diverse materials.
From 11.30am to 1.30 pm and again from 4.00pm to 6.00pm on September 17, 18 and 19 a chef will use the Stand’s kitchen to demonstrate the porcelain tiles’ technical performance in terms of resistance to impact, high temperatures, scratches and corrosive agents, hygiene and ease of cleaning.
The joint SapienStone and FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti Stand also demonstrates the natural synergy between the Group’s two companies, with different types of projects, inside and out, to provide an innovative, high-performance design for every situation.
